"LIVING WELL IS THE BEST REVENGE." (REM, Accelerate)
VINGEL YAGO is currently working for a mango farm-cum-wedding reception venue. He has a background in Medicine and Biology. He is a freelance writer and has contributed features to The Reviewer Magazine of the Philippine Daily Inquirer (now defunct; the magazine, not PDI) & film reviews to Yehey! Entertainment. In his spare time, he loves to scavenge shops in Carriedo and Avenida for art house and Chinese films & attack bookstores during booksales. Otherwise, he loves walking along the seashore wherever and whenever he finds the chance to do so. He also dabbles in poetry and photography (what he can't write about, he'd shoot). He has finished a science textbook for Grade Three students and came close to having a cardiac arrest for incessantly complaining about how little is taught to Filipino schoolchildren compared to their American counterparts.
He dreams of working for an international NGO someday like his Mother and make a difference in communities by exploring ways to improve on the relationship between society, health, and the environment. In short, he is a delusional in the making. Otherwise, he still has this dream of co-hosting EMERGENCY! with Arnold Clavio (we told you so! Tsk tsk! Hopeless case!), but that's castle in the air for now.
He has also worked, in reverse chronological order, as an English Editor in a healthcare documentation company, at the Communication Foundation for Asia as a production assistant, script writer, and Assistant Director & in a major multinational pharmaceutical company as a professional ass-kisser & researcher, in a Cebu-based restaurant owned by a friend, and at Jollibee (fry station) when he was just 17.
He will try his best to avoid getting into politics (the campaign line Vroom, vroom Gozum didn't make his Dad win before so he doesn't see how it would be effective now or in the future) and since completing his term in the university student government after college, has turned down offers for elective positions in organizations.
He also maintains the travel blog, SUPERPASYAL, and currently lives in Antipolo City with a horny dog named Turnip.

Impressive monochromes ng church. Even the electric lines were part of the composition. Galing. I should check that church one of these days!
Ferdz, daming salamat po!
